Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for select pincodes)

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500
- Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹500 (calculated at checkout)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional handling fee of ₹50
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.
Delivery Areas We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery to remote or rural pincodes may take additional time.
Delays & Exceptions Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by festivals, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographs (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
